Step 0 — before you book
Documents first: a booking is not riding authorisation.
Check what the selected vehicle requires before paying. Vietnam exempts a compliant moped of no more than 50 cc and 50 km/h design speed from the driving-licence requirement; larger categories need the country-specific document checks explained in the licence guide.

Steps 1-3 — the booking
Choose a category, name your address, pay the full price online.
Pick the scooter category that fits your trip — you book a category and service level, and the exact model is confirmed later by the partner. Then enter the delivery address: a hotel, apartment or villa anywhere in the covered areas, with delivery included in District 1, District 3, Bình Thạnh and Thảo Điền.
The estimate shows the complete total before you commit: the current rental rate, delivery, equipment, and the airport-area charge when it applies. You pay the full amount online through Stripe — no cash, no security deposit, and your passport is never asked for as a guarantee.
- Rentals are priced per day; long-stay discounts, when offered, apply to the whole rental automatically.

Step 4 — matching
Your paid request reaches every partner able to serve it.
Only after payment does the request go out, broadcast to every verified partner carrying the booked category. The first to accept is assigned — two shops can never claim the same booking — and the confirmation appears on your tracking page in English.
Step 5 — delivery day
Meet the scooter at your door and document the handover.
The partner arrives in your chosen window — deliveries typically run 35 to 75 minutes depending on the area. Meet where the scooter can be inspected safely, try the helmet, have every control shown, and photograph the bodywork, tires, odometer and fuel before riding off.
The handover includes a short verification: a photo of your identity or applicable riding document and one of you with the vehicle, kept privately under the retention rules in the privacy policy. Nothing is paid at the door.
Step 6 — the return
Hand it back the way you received it.
Agree the return point when booking — returning at a different address is a priced option, not a surprise. Repeat the key photos at the return so the closing condition is on record, and keep your booking reference until the rental is closed.

Do I ever need to visit a rental shop?+
No. The scooter is delivered to your address, the terms are online in English, and the return is arranged the same way.
What is the minimum rental length?+
One day. Current daily rates and any available long-stay discount are shown for the selected dates before payment.
What should I have ready at the handover?+
Your identity or applicable riding document for verification, a working WhatsApp number, and two minutes for the condition photos that protect both sides.
