An exact address turns delivery into a controlled handover.
Enter the hotel, apartment or villa name together with its street address. The booking stores the chosen dates, delivery method, equipment and customer contact before any partner receives the request.
The first eligible partner to accept is assigned. This avoids parallel confirmations and keeps one accountable rental partner attached to the booking.

Meet where the scooter can be inspected safely.
A lobby may be convenient, but a quieter side entrance or building gate can be safer for the actual vehicle check. Confirm the meeting point in WhatsApp before the partner arrives.

Pricing
Delivery charges are calculated before the request is sent.
Hotel delivery is included in District 1, District 3, Bình Thạnh and Thảo Điền during the pilot. Airport and out-of-area charges appear in the estimate before booking.
